FORMAT:  TEAM QUOTA SYSTEM

 

HOW THE QUOTA SYSTEM WORKS….

Each player's "Quota" is based on their handicap.  36 minus the player's adjusted handicap equals their "Quota" for the round.   Example:  A player with a 20 handicap will have a "Quota" of 16 -  A player with a 4 handicap will have a "Quota" of 32.   In other words, the lower handicap players have to score more points to meet their "Quota".  The winner is determined by whoever scores the most points over their "Quota".

Double Bogey or More.........0 Points
Bogey..................................1 Point
Par.......................................2 Point
Birdie.................................4 Points
Eagle.................................6 Points
Double Eagle....................8 Points

• 18 Holes will be played Friday and 18 Holes on Saturday
• Handicap Indexes in affect as of Saturday, July 18th will be used
• Modified BLUE TEES will be used
• Flights will be based off of total team handicap index
• Flight Winners will be the teams, within their respective Flights, that have accumulated the highest Quota point total for the event.
• 90% of Adjusted Handicaps will be used
• Saturday Team Quotas will be adjusted 50% (+/-) of Friday’s score.  For example, if a team’s Friday Quota is 50 and they score 60 points (+10) then their Saturday quota will be 55 (50% of 10)

 

NOTE:  As a separate and additional side game, there will be a 2-day individual quota system game.   Player’s will be flighted individually based on handicap indexes.  Same adjustment rules will apply as above.
